Siete

The MOLIGA Seven is known for its unique and entertaining rules that differentiate it from traditional football. Here's a summary of some of the key rules:

1. Gameplay:

  • 7-a-side Football: Matches are played with seven players per team on a smaller-than-usual field.
  • Two 20-minute halves: Matches consist of two 20-minute halves.
  • No Draws: All matches must have a winner. If the score is tied after regulation time, the game goes to a penalty shootout.

2. Unique Rules:

  • "Sin Bin": Instead of red cards, players can be sent to the "sin bin" for minor infractions, temporarily reducing their team's effectiveness.
  • Unlimited Substitutions: Teams can make unlimited substitutions during the match.
  • Handballs Allowed (with restrictions): Handballs are generally not allowed, but there are exceptions, such as throw-ins.

Note: These are some of the key rules of the MOLIGA SEVEN. The specific rules and regulations may vary slightly between seasons and leagues.

The Moliga Seven has successfully blended traditional football with innovative rules and entertainment elements, creating a unique and exciting viewing experience for fans.
